She asked for all the docs up front, not more each day like so many lenders do. She told me the interest rate and terms on day one and they stayed the same until close! I will use Roxanne for all of my future loans! I highly recommend Roxanne and Banner Bank.

One of the best banks I have dealt with and this branch is always pleasant and efficient!

I have been with them since 2010 and am sadly switching banks (moved to a different state with no Banner branches). A few automatic payments that I had forgotten to switch over to the new account went through and over drafted my account. Roxanne, the branch manager, called me completely unprompted to let me know what was going on, and she and Theresa worked with me to get some of the charges refunded. She was also super helpful explaining the easiest way to move my savings over to the new bank. I am sad to be closing my accounts with Banner, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone else.
