  Last year switched my primary business to Banner Bank and it’s like night and day, have gone from dealing with new people all the time who have to call headquarters to be able to make any decisions or know what to do To a place with knowledgeable bankers who are empowered and helpful, not to mention know me by name. One of the best banks I have dealt with and this branch is always pleasant and efficient!

  I have NEVER been treated so well by any bank/credit union/brokerage/financial institution/etc. I am so grateful to have Miss Roxanne and Miss Amanda handling my banking needs. I don’t know of a single other branch manager from any other bank who works directly with the customer - Roxanne will take responsibility of your needs, and is quick to handle any concerns/issues you may have - you can count on her. Amanda is so personable and lovely, and she makes deposits simple and easy. I am so glad to have found a bank that treats me like a neighbor instead of another number! Thank you Banner Bank!!!
