  Poorest customer service, rude, mean and extremely unprofessional employees, especially the female manager( Ms. Kaur) who doesn’t know nothing, but unfortunately still working as a manager. They don’t treat customers equally, and respectfully, also help yourself is thier favorite answer to all of your banking questions plus needs. They are located in Elk Grove Florin Road, Elk Grove, CA, and the brunch is in a decent size, also organized plus clean. By unfortunate that will not help customers with their banking needs. They are not crowded at all , and the waiting times are very short, so you don’t need to worry about it. They are not short of staff because they don’t have too many customers, but unfortunately the ones who are working not knowledgeable enough to answer your banking questions. They just schedule appointments be half of you for you, and call you whenever they want without you being notified. If you call they pick up, but when you ask a question, then you are on hold until they will find the answer asking Chat GPT which is extremely annoying. It will take forever to receive your cards, and when you received them, then the app will give you hard time to activate it. They are really slow while helping the customer, and thank God they are not crowded; otherwise, you will be waiting forever. Also they do have drive up services, but unfortunately that sucks either, and will take forever to actually something done regarding your banking needs. Yes ! They are wheelchair accessible, and the seats inside the brunch are really comfortable, also they do have a huge parking lot, so you can park wherever you want no worries. My experience was worst because the manager of the store (female) Ms. Kaur was giving me hard time explaining the issue, but unfortunately she didn’t know where the issue was. Like how is it even possible that you are a manager at a financial institution brunch, and don’t know the answers for basic banking questions. Wooow just woooow, so she wasted my time, and finally asked for help from another employee named Justin. But she is the best in abusing her position by insulting customers, so that is why I don’t want to do banking where they waste your time, and take forever to even solve a basics banking need plus insult you. I’m not giving them business, and will not recommend them to anyone 😖😖👎👎
