  I had a disappointing experience with Allied Business Services. Earlier this year, I went through onboarding, submitted my tax documents, and had my situation reviewed. Andres told me he would not take me on unless he truly felt confident he could help. After reviewing everything, he said he could help, quoted me a price, and I accepted. This was around the April 15 deadline, so Andres was understandably busy. He filed an extension for me, and we both understood the actual tax preparation would happen later. I also told him that was fine because I needed time to gather the money for his fee. No deadline or expiration date was communicated to me. A few months later, still before the October extension deadline, I reached back out ready to pay and move forward. Andres then told me he could no longer take on the return because time had passed and his workload had changed. What bothered me most is that I was not offered any internal transition or alternative path forward. If Andres personally no longer had room in his workload, I think the reasonable thing would have been to see whether another qualified person in the company could complete the work, especially since I had already been onboarded, submitted documents, had my situation reviewed, received a quote, and relied on the understanding that we would move forward later. Instead, I was simply dropped and left to restart the entire process elsewhere. I understand businesses have to manage workload, but this left me in a difficult position after I had relied on the understanding that we would be working together. I now have to restart the process of finding a new tax preparer and explaining my situation again. Their early communication was responsive and professional, but I do not think this situation was handled well. If there was a time limit on the arrangement, I wish that had been made clear upfront.

  Very professional and reliable. I’ve been doing my taxes with them since 2006 and have never had any issues. They explain everything clearly and are always available to answer questions throughout the year. Highly recommended!

  Left my taxes to get done after 2 months, I called them and they were not done. They wanted to charge me extra to "express them".

  All of them are super friendly, the work is timely, and their customer service is just outstanding. I've been going there for years. Wouldn't trust anyone else!! I recommend you try them you will not be disappointed 😉
