  An attorney referred us to Diane to get answers about some tax questions my dad and I had after my mother died. She was so knowledgeable and patient while explaining to us very tax complicated issues. We started working with her regarding resolving an issue we had with the Franchise Tax Board. Diane was such an expert in determining what the problem was and did not just tell us what to do , but actively got involved in resolving it. Although my dad had been using turbo tax for years to do his taxes, we had Diane review his recent filing and she uncovered some mistakes that were going to result in my dad paying MORE taxes than he needed to. Once again she was really hands on in getting this corrected. What I really appreciate about Diane is not only is she an expert at what she does (and she used to work at the IRS for years) but she is a very kind person with a lot of integrity. And she treats you with dignity and respect.
