  Always put their customer first with a smile on their face. All employees are very knowledgeable. Super quick service which I love. They even fill out my deposit slips if I forget. I'm happy to bank with them.

  My 85 year old mother has a hard time getting around. She wanted to buy my sister a house warming gift. She gave me her debit card and pin number and asked me to take out money for her. I went to the ATM and it didn't work. I went inside and waited approximately 10 minutes to get to the cashier. They had a card reader inside that I inserted the card and entered the pin. She told me it was correct, but instead of giving me the money like what would have happened had their ATM been working, she asked me for two forms of ID and had me fill out a withdrawal slip. When she saw that I was not on her account she refused to give me the money. I had to drive home and drag my handicapped mother in to the bank. The teller that had NOT helped me earlier was no where to be found but the other teller was still working on a vendor account that she was working on when I arrived the first time! She was the only teller. There were four people ahead of me in line and two were there only because the ATM was broken. My mother had to stand for at least 20 minutes waiting to be helped. My Mom worked for PNC for 23 years and retired 20 years ago. She was thoroughly disgusted, as was I. I just wanted to vent. The world really has gone to shit.

  I have been at this location since it was Guaranty Bank, this is the third takeover I have been through over the years and honestly, the rollout of the PNC takeover was rough, to put it mildly but I stuck it out and I am glad I have. The staff is is small but friendly and helpful. PNC has updated the interior and started opening on Saturdays at this location, both of which I appreciate. There have been hiccups for example, I tried to exchange $3K in small bills for hundreds I was told the bank didn't have it. The PS branch was able to accommodate me, which is why I would still recommend further changes, like hiring a financial adviser exclusively for that location, and sorting out why the ATM won't consistently accept checks for deposit. Make this branch a location that people can conduct all of their financial business without having to wait for an appointment with someone from Palm Springs or elsewhere and I believe business will return. I am giving 4 Stars for the improvements that have been made and the ones i hope for, as well as to pull up this location's score because it is no longer as bad as the prior reviews state and lastly because Manny is adorable and I always look forward to our Saturday banking dates.

  Horrible service! I went in the branch yesterday, told the young lady I wasn't from the area, I had driven 45 mins to closest branch, I had family in the car waiting, 2 meetings b2b, and a few things to do in the area. I needed to complete my transaction rather quickly. She proceeds to change her tune once she opened my account and realized what I was requesting. I overheard her and another teller discussing my account questioning why would I want to withdraw 6200??? Why do I need that much? (and this is the nice version)The walls are thin idiot! You could've at least gone to an office...😡 She comes back to her window and begins to interrogate me about the payment and where did it come from and did I know the person? WTH? Really? I'm LITERALLY in line 10 mins with her B.S.'ing me as if she were on hold waiting on someone to come on and pretending to type notes!!! This happens EVERYTIME! I hate PNC... definitely looking! -1 rating!
