- JTJulia TatJul 30, 20261.0I’m very disappointed with the service at this branch. I came in because I needed to make a wire transfer, and I understood that there were only about 15 minutes left before the cutoff time. I specifically asked the clerk whether it would be possible to complete the wire within 10 minutes. After spending some time working at the keyboard and then speaking with another employee, she eventually told me that they could not process the wire as a future-dated transfer. I was honestly shocked. I have made this type of wire transfer several times at other branches and have never been told that it could not be done. The information I received here was completely different from my previous experiences. I only came to this branch because I was running out of time, and unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. If I had known I would receive this kind of service and information, I would have gone to another branch instead. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I will definitely think twice before returning to this branch.
