- NNnannygramaJul 5, 20174.0I've always gotten my checks free with a senior account, and with Banner Bank there's an expensive shipping charge when I get them. The ATM is out of order pretty often. The employees are nice. Joi is awesome!! I don't like how the ATM is in the back by the alley; I would feel safer if it was on the Solano Street side. Just adding a note to this review- sometimes at the ATM the sun glare is so bright on the screen I absolutely cannot see the numbers! I have to get out of the car and try to shade the screen with my hand to try and make my transaction.
- AJAshley JohnsonSep 23, 20161.0Everyone else I have dealt with at the bank while my mom was alive has always been great , the only reason I am even giving one star is because of other employees always being so kind. However after my mother passed I went in there and the employee Colette was absolutely horrible to deal with rude impatient during such a difficult time. Definitely not a good representation of this bank would never bank here or refer people due to her poor customer service because I work in customer service and have worked at a credit union and cant imagine being allowed to treat customers that way.
