  Love this bank! The girls are amazing and so sweet. They always greet you with a vibe that actually feels welcoming! I recommend this bank but specifically this branch to all family and friends.

  I'm a bit confused of if this is actually BBVA every time I come here the ATM is messed up and the drive up lines is long I've even walked inside of the branch and there's no one in there and I'm told they will be right with me. At this point I'm thinking about taking my money out in opening a bank account with someone else. The inconvenience of having to drive clear across town just to use an ATM it's a bit ridiculous. I literally have a 30 minute lunch break and I have been in this drive-thru for all of my lunch break and going to be late for this. I hope when PNC take over that it's a better experience

  Just started with this bank... it has taken 2 weeks to get my card in the mail. I tried to set up my card by calling the mobile number. It has been over 2 hours now, trying to talk to someone to help me set up my husband's mobile app and i can not get anything done... the gentleman with customer service, was very rude. My husband can't hardly see and he wouldn't help us because I had to tell my husband the account number to give him.... my husband has a disability and the gentleman refused to help him because he has a disability.

  This is straight up the best bank ever. If you want personalized customer service, go here and talk the the realest folks in banking. Legit, the second time I ever went into that branch, Linda remembered my name and every time I'm in there, she has something to offer me... cookies, candy, telling me about the latest promotion so I can earn a $5 Starbucks gift card. Who else is that thoughtful with their customers?? I'm actually very impressed with her natural ability to connect customer needs with ease to the bank's products/services/promotions. I will be poaching her one day to work with me, mark my words! And Steve Harrington (not the one from Stranger Things, don't get it twisted), is the dude and makes every trip to the bank awesome. Who looks forward to going into the bank?! You will understand why I ALWAYS go into that branch if you bank with BBVA Compass on Clovis. Steve even remembered my mom when she came in from several years ago and they had a nice conversation when she came into the branch again after that long. Isn't that sweet? I'll be poaching Steve too. I have to acknowledge Daisy too. Answering my questions, even the silly ones, and just being a nice and real gal... and the candies help :) Thanks to these guys and their above and beyond personal service, I will seriously never bank anywhere else. And that extends to the folks I've dealt with on the 800 number, the fraud department when someone wrote bad checks using my account at Christmastime a few years ago... Speed: 5/5 stars Service: 5/5 stars Being actual decent human beings: 10/5 stars Thank you guys for being so great. It restores a modicum of my faith in humanity.
