  My debit card chip stop working for a few days so I stop by to get a replacement. The manager there took my card from me and told me a new one will be mailed to me in 3 day. She said there can't be 2 card floating around for security reason. I was shocked because I am left without a card. Confused how is 2 card floating around when I didn't even get a replacement yet. A week went by and nothing arrive in the mail. I call the customer line and the customer service representstive said there is no new card put in order for me. She even said she don't understand why the manager didn't just print me one on the spot which they can. So the rep told me to go in to have them print me one ASAP. I went in and told them. They printed one for me on the spot. But yeah, I went a week without access to my account and my money. I'm pretty upset for this poor services from this branch.

  The manager refused to call to verify an out of state check for an auto loan, so we went through EECU to obtain a new auto loan. The interest rate was twice as high. This combined with other negative experiences with EECU has made me take my business elsewhere.
