    I have been with Banner Bank since they opened the branch in Chico, CA. Every person in the branch has been friendly and the service has always been exceptional.

    Very rude and unpleasant. I went in to get money I pulled out of their outside ATM changed into large bills. They gave me a song and dance about how the 20 dollar bills I was handing them from THEIR machine could be counterfeit and therefore they couldn't help me. Bank elsewhere if you don't like being insulted.

    The tellers at the front are great. Went in there to get cash and had an issue with Discover and Wendy was able to help me talk to them and get everything figured out. She went above and beyond her job to help me resolve a transaction. Thanks
