I thought the only help I could get was someone answering a question then ending the call but you immediately hopped on with me went through everything with me and taught me how to navigate/ understand the scope of the site and beyond that. Any issue I had even though it wasn't on turbo tax she searched up how I could find my routing numbers how to clear my cache and tried to find any way to make sure we used our time proficiently instead of just starting everything over. She sent me a tax calculator and gave advice on how to use it for my paystubs to make sure the amount of tax withheld was accurate. You are the most reliable person I've worked with from any call center I've worked with online. You made me feel confident with each step we took. Also a great sales person promoting TurboTax and family branches like credit karma mail chimp etc. I know call centers are concerned about average handle time but that time was completely my fault I'm horrible with technology in general and I was going through Child Care credits that came up with a reoccurring issue that no one else was able to help me with and something that took me 4 hours to get through she handled that and getting my taxes completed within the hour. But again I was slow at moving through stuff so that call could have easily been cut down to 45 minutes. Again amazing call flo, professional, held a conversation, zero holding time, patient, kind, above and beyond employee you have well done Audra!
