    I have horrible experiences with this bank. They have poor communication. I would never do a business with them.

    Banner Bank Carlsbad is the only Bank I will do business with from now on! I started by opening a personal checking account to test the waters. I am used to BofA standards. 45 minute wait times and the teller never remembering your name. To my surprise, I found out after several visits that Peter is the Branch Manager. It is rare to get any type of a management to acknowledge you, let alone greet you by name and ask you how your day is going? Mind Blown... To me that shows the customer truly is valued in their eyes. This is just one of many reasons why I switched my merchant accounts over as well. Thank you Peter, Neyda and Staff for making me feel like a valued customer and not just another number in line.

    We have nothing but good things to say about Peter and Banner Bank. We highly recommend anybody looking for business or personal banking pay a visit to this awesome branch first. They have a real local, hometown feel, unlike many big banks we’ve dealt with through the years. 5 stars!
