  My mother is 82 years old and lives in England however is a US citizen and has had a bank account with PNC for at least 30 years. I was visiting when she told me she couldnt remember her password. So I said lets call. This was one of the most excruciating phone calls I've made in a long time. No one could help us and we were on the phone for over an hour. Because she lives in another country, they couldnt enter her address, couldnt add her phone number or answer most questions. Get with the 21st century PNC. You mean to tell me they dont have her address after 20 years of her living there?!! The associates we spoke with were wonderful but had no training what so ever. Is my mother the only person living outside of the US that is a cutomer of theirs? It was like getting calling comcast in the 1990's. Because I was calling from my US phone, I got charged $25 for the call. It was pretty absurd.

  I walked into this branch with an issue and walked out with a great experience and an improved interest rate on all my accounts for no fee! The Branch manager (Quan) helped me with a card issue and then continued to make sure I had all the available features and benefits of PNC Bank. He really took care of me. I had such a good experience that I wrote this review. I've never written a Google review before. 11/24

  I closed my PNC bank account 5 months ago and wanted statements dating back to 2 years. Lakshmi and Tara were very helpful and printed them for me the same day as I had an urgency. I understand that it was quite tricky and they went above and beyond to get my statements even though I am no longer a PNC customer. I really appreciate all their help in getting my statements.
