- DNDavid NickelOct 5, 20265.0It's hard for me to find the words to express how grateful I am to have Lacey as my TurboTax Advisor , Guide, Trouble Shooter and Answer Women. We met on the TurboTax Chat, when I was stuck on an issue and didn't know what next steps to do. She called me within minutes to reaching out. She asked me some detailed information that gave her a good understand of what I was needing help with. I'm a MAC OS user, which is a whole other matter than a PC user (more common). Lacey seemed knowledgeable of both platforms and immediately shifted to my MAC OS mode. I live in Indiana and also needed help with my state return. She knew how to navigate my State Form, and also found a $3K Renters Credit I could use. (Come to find out that she was working with me from LA CA!!) ALL of my questions were answered and I was able to finish 3 years of back taxes filings. I was surprised that a week later, Lacey called my phone and asked "How I was doing and if I needed any more help". AMAZING SERVICE and just a very nice and caring person. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
