  On May 6th I came in to discuss the excessive withdrawals from my checking account which the recipient claimed were for Spectrum. I cancelled Spectrum in February and withdrawals continued through the weeks leading up to May 6th in the amounts totalling nearly $1,000. The bank employee who helped me was very courteous and patient and I was told settlement of dispute would take 10 to 45 days. It has already been resolved to my satisfaction and I am sleeping better at night. The stress this caused was limitless for someone like me as I am a heart patient with a double bypass and irregular heart rate. I rate five stars for the manner on which this was handled due to the attention it got and the swift resolution of the problem. I wish I could remember her name but I can come in and thank her.   Before Flagstar bought out desert community Bank it was well staffed and now there’s minimal staff at the counters and when you go through the drive-through, they have one person working the drive-through instead of what they used to. There was two people there they didn’t have to walk all the way into the Bank to do drive through business. They did it right there at the window and you were done ,the person that takes care of the drive-through also takes care of one of the counter spaces inside so the drive through has to wait for them to take care of that customer then come back to the drive through . I was reading about two other comments from customer they had the misfortune to have run into this branches bank manager , she is not a people person unless you are a business owner and she will go out of her to help them . If you are an older customer she has and attitude towards you . All the others will try go above and beyond unless the manager gets involved : I didn’t hold back but now I can expect to get harassed by her from this day forward but hopefully the upper management will pay attention. They need a new bank manager. The only reason I’m still there is because of your drive-through and the other ladies they are great folks. And they are very friendly and patient with the customers especially when customers are having a bad day. wanted to tell them thank you and very much appreciated.
