You ask about something that is a problem and instead of getting help you get a repeated statement. Then when you share that something isn't right you just get the repeated statement over again. On more than one occasion this particular branch has given misinformation and flat out lied. They got away with taking money from my account. I've closed one account already and will be closing my other account shortly. It is clear that they don't give a shit about their customers which is the last thing I said to them as I walked out of the bank. And all they could say was you don't need to talk to us that way. And I also don't need to have a bank that is unhelpful and rude so I'll be taking my banking elsewhere.
