- KTKellie TurkDec 1, 20221.0We're new to the area. USAA sent us to the ATM at this bank since there wasn't a USAA ATM in the area (they said they partner with this bank). Withdrew a pretty large amount which was dispensed all in $20s (ugh), so I went into the bank to exchange some for larger bills. "No account, no service" was what we were met with. The manager was standing there listening, too. I was in need of a bank account, as well - but it won't be with these rude people. Looking at the other reviews on Foothills Bank, it appears I dodged a bullet. If you can't even get the service aspect of banking down, how am I supposed to entrust my finances to you??!!?? I won't use this bank or recommend it to anyone. FAIL.
