- KWKenny WayneAug 8, 20221.0Sad day today with my banking experience. Over the last half century I have been a customer with this bank and its predecessors. Like others in our little village on the Hill, I have been held hostage since we only had one bank. Then they closed shop and moved to other existing branches. The familiar smiling faces we knew so well were gone. We had to travel miles to cities to get banking service from strangers with those looks of, "I hate my job" as their greeting of the day. The personalized service went out the window. The incompetency became more evident with every incident. Today was the clincher to let the light shine through. Getting service with a phone call was impossible. Undergoing medical treatments in another state renders me impossible to appear in person to update a credit card that expired. I really would have thought that I would have been notified or the card would have been renewed automatically. Their competition does that! The photo on this Web Site is indicative of their juvenile attention to detail and the wide gap in professional services.
