  Reflecting on the nearly three years I’ve spent banking with NBAZ, I am filled with such genuine gratitude. In a world that often feels increasingly automated and distant, finding a bank that still prioritizes the human touch is a true gift. There is a profound sense of comfort in knowing that when I reach out by phone, a real person will be on the other end of the line to help in a neighborly way. It is such a relief to set aside the frustration of voice prompts and long hold times for the simple kindness of a direct conversation. Walking into the River/Campbell branch is always the highlight of my day. I’m consistently moved by how I am treated because the staff truly makes me feel like I matter. I always look forward to my visits just to experience the warm reception and dedicated service provided by Mathew, Virginia, Rachael, and the rest of the wonderful team. To me, the River/Campbell branch is more than just a place to manage my finances. It’s the "Cheers" of banking, a community hub where you feel seen and valued. Sometimes, you really do want to go where everybody knows your name, and I’m so thankful I found that at this very special NBAZ branch!!!
