  Trash. I came over as a First Bank client that was sold with no notice, no say in the type of account I got signed up for and due to widespread bad reviews on customer service and app issues I chose to not setup my direct deposit w them. It was impossible to get through to a human to activate my card and I sat on hold for hours. I now have 4 overdraft fees that they won't reverse. App is crappy and constantly crashes so I can't see my balance. Called today and manager basically told me sorry the system declined to reverse the charges. So if you want garbage customer service, atrocious outdated tech and repeated overdraft fees, and a bank that constantly tells you they appreciate you while screwing you over I guess come sign up here.

  Clean Like A Doc's Office And That Atmosphere Was Breathable. The Lines Were Never Exhausting + Moved Swiftly. There Is Limited Loyalty With Some "Fake It To You Make It" Attitudes. Lately, The Compass Is Not Pointing In The Best Direction.

  I got married in October so after getting my new drivers license and social security card I went into this branch to change my name on my accounts. I did everything I was supposed to do for this very easy process. After changing my name I was told that my new debit card was ordered and it would take 7-10 business days but this was the end of December so she said it may take a bit longer because of the New Year holiday, which made sense. While in the midst of waiting for my new card I realized that even though we discussed needing new checks, we never ordered them. I went back into the branch to get a cashiers check and told the teller I needed new checks. She took the information down and said she would get them ordered and call to confirm how much the checks would cost. A few days went by and I never received a call so I called them only to find out that the checks were never ordered. Ugh. So, I ordered them over the phone. 2-3 weeks until they arrive. After a couple weeks waiting for debit card I called just to check the status only to find out that MY CARD WAS NEVER ORDERED. The customer service lady ordered me a card and said it was 7-10 business days until it arrived. I asked for it to come sooner considering it was Compasses fault and she said Sure! but it would cost $50. Um, no. So I wait. Now, a couple days ago I deposited a check into my account through the drive thru teller and I noticed yesterday it didn't show up in my account. I called the branch today and spoke to a manager. I told her multiple times about how unhappy I was with her branch and she said she would call when she found the check. That call was over an hour ago and I have yet to hear from her. I know I don't put alot of money into their establishment but I am still a customer. As soon as they find my check, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
