I’ve called her since and will be opening a business bank for a pretty large sole proprietor business at my current location branch because of her attentiveness. I hope to receive the same. Seriously, put people first. It’s not hard. Chase bank lost my business that day. Thank you Karen.
- TRTametra ReamsMar 26, 20221.0Since this Branch has changed from BBVA to PNC I will not visit the inside of the branch. The Branch manager and employees are very rude and I use the ATM and sometimes the drive- thru if it’s a big deposit .
