  This bank is prejudice I was looking to open a business bank account because the structure of my current accounts adds all my accounts in one app and for a start up business I needed clarity and separation for my account I booked an appointment to come in and set up an account after being sent a letter in the mail by this bank I came in the day before as a walk in and got told I was able to be helped on the spot then the guys 2 o’clock appointment came so he turned me away so I booked an appointment for the next day came in to the see the same banker it was supposed to be a lady but didn’t really matter long as I get to handle business I continued to give my information as I give all my information he only writing it down on a piece of paper saying he need to take my information to the back office for a review he had my driver license didn’t ask for a second form of identification didn’t write anything In The computer he asked me a bunch more questions all about the business I’m opening asking how it’s ran it need a bank account completely start seemed as if he was trying to have a learning session to possibly start his own I asked why is my information is still being written down my vulnerable information such as social security number and ein was still being placed on the piece of paper In a book that looks like he takes home he said they will contact me in 2 days I said NO IM NOT HERE TO WASTE TIME IF I CANT OPEN A ACCOUNT TODAY THEN ILL WILL TAKE THAT PEICE OF PAPER YOU WROTE MY INFORMATION ON, I DONT RECOMMEND THIS BANK GO TO A MAJOR BANK NO MATTER THE SITUATION THEY WILL DEFINITELY PROVIDE THE BETTER SERVICE and not waste your time or put your information on a piece of paper and leave to be floating around

  I used to like them but now with the changes they made it's becoming more and more frustrating dealing with this place. Things were tight and I checked my account every day to make sure I didn't spend to much and cause my account to overdraft but after 2 weeks of them not processing charges out and showing a accurate balance on my account two small charges came in and caused my account to overdraft. They ended up charging me almost 30 dollars for each charge that day and didn't even give me 24 hrs to get my account out of the negative before they hit me with charges. I called them about this and they would only remove one charge. Among many other issues I had a company charge my account but not send me the product so I filed a claim with them to get my money back and I was denied even though it was a legitimate request to have my money refunded. This place is just not the same any more and the issue keep piling up. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

  First time to go to this National bank very poor customer service had a very simple transaction and still couldn't complete plus sent canister in the wrong one. Plus only 2 customers and 2 tellers. Don't recommend. National on 27th much better 👌
