  The worst experience, been with PNC for years. i waited for along time to be taken care of. no one acknowledged me. the worst service. Tuesday at 1:30 5-12 no one there the women taking care of a customer finally said someone will be with you. Rude, rude! This is after a supper long wait. I went across the street to Chase Bank what a difference. Ill be closing my account there. Go to Chase a professional business!

  I don’t know what’s going on but this location always makes it feel like it’s an inconvenience to do anything, just tried to open a new business checking account and the lady made it seem like I’m bugging them since I didn’t have an appointment who knew that it takes 2 hrs (her words) to set up an account, and every time I go in the lady in the offices to the right is always on her cell phone and the lady to the left always has a customer she’s helping.

  so as many of you know BBVA has changed to PNC Bank and in doing so they changed their app and when that happened a lot of us were lost and confused. just recently in my attempt to navigate the app and pull up some records I made a mistake and I went into this location to be helped by the branch manager Monica Vargas and she sat me down in her office listen to my story proceeded to let me know that she will take care of me and my problem. I don't know that I did the greatest job explaining what I was trying to do but she understood me made the appropriate phone calls and explain to them what I had explained to her. after a brief 3 minute phone call she clicked a couple things on my phone in my app and completely took care of my problem. I felt the biggest relief come off my shoulders and I could not thank her enough. if you currently have a bank or are in search of a bank you should definitely consider PNC Bank and when you do you should definitely go in to this branch and talk to Monica and her staff because if her staff is any reflection of how she is you will not be disappointed one bit.
