They advertise personal service but after 8 years I got turned away from depositing MY check into MY account. I took it to Desert Financial and promptly cashed it. Do better for your customers!

With the other big banks the charges are really high, and help had to be done with someone in another state over the phone from a call center, but with this bank I can call the branch, and get help from them. What is also great they know me and give me personal service. I say goodbye to the bigger banks.
