  Flagstar bank is the best bank I have ever had! ROXY AND DIANA give the best customer service they are running the branch and do an excellent job 5 stars for FLAGSTAR!

  This is a wonderful place to do your banking. I always feel more like family than just a customer. The team is courteous and professional and my transportations always go smoothly. Plus I always feel welcome and the staff takes an interest in how me and my family are doing. Local, efficient and friendly - nothing better in town!

  Excellent service. I set up a new business account with no hassles. Love these guys ... gave me personalized treatment. Does not feel like an institutional bank ... feels personalized and customized to my businesses needs. Absolutely the best bank I've dealt with in years. Don't believe all the old negative reviews ... these guys are different now.

  I’ve happily been with NYCB now Flagstar Bank for over five years. The professionalism and service has been impeccable. I have followed the branch leader Diana from the Village of Oak Creek Bank. I am truly impressed with the personalized service. Roxy and Michael have been awesome also.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have no hesitation in referring family and friends. I was very fortunate to discover this wonderful team.
