Had an appointment and waited over 30 minutes; and I still would have had to wait longer. I told one of the tellers that I was leaving. Plenty of other places that will take my business. Appointment time overruns should be baked into the scheduling.

They finally said they would Make An Exception and help But I had to go pick up something come back then take it back so I left and went to another branch and they helped me with no run around and made up reasons why they couldn’t get it done they just did it without me even having to explain what I wanted done. THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ITS SAD MY HOME BRANCH COULD NOT HELP A REGULAR CUSTOMER
