  Natali Pizii puts a lovely human face on the E.Shea branch of Flagstar Bank. She is efficient, professional, knowledgeable, always helpful and patient. She is a lovely person who humanizes the banking process and I truly appreciate the assistance she has given me through the years. Because of our ongoing business relationship Flagstar has become my bank of choice above other banks that I have used. All of the people at this branch are very knowledgeable and helpful.

  Natalia, the client consultant was AWESOME. She walked me through getting all my banking set up including using the mobile app, how to transfer money & how to make a payment. She has the patience of a saint! I couldn’t be happier. Victor, who is the assistant manager was so helpful! Love the Scottsdale101 & Shea location!
