- SSSavannah SilvaSep 7, 20244.0I’ve been with National Bank of Arizona for many years now. Customer service is great! Whenever I have any questions, there’s always someone friendly to assist me. I deducted one star because I hate the new location downtown. I frequently withdraw, or deposit money at night. I don’t feel secure doing so since it’s right next to the bars. Also, finding parking just to use the ATM is inconvenient, since I know it gets busy downtown. I live close to downtown, and don’t feel like making the drive to the other location farther from me. The other Montezuma location was more convenient. Just my two cents.
