- JMJ MJun 25, 20265.0Fantastic customer service at this branch. As far as I have experienced, they provide the best customer service in Prescott, compared to the other national and regional banks with branches here. If there is an odd wrinkle or a hiccup, they take care of it. For example, someone I know needed to distribute to beneficiaries of an estate in a South American country and the Foothills person worked with the central bank of the country to arrange for the multiple wire transfers. Recently, Nathan M. helped me reset my authenticator app after my phone died on vacation due to an unexpected dunking. Less than 10 minutes later, I was up and running again. Give that guy a raise. He gets what customer service needs to be.
- MMMaverickMar 31, 20261.0Both the Assistant Branch Manager and the Branch manager are bad people. One lied to me about a Business Line of Credit, instead applying for a high interest Credit Card that took four weeks to get a call from, only to find out that the BLC would have called me that day. When I called to complain to the Branch Manager about this and the Assistant, the Manager called me “rude” and hung up the phone. I didn’t call back nor go in person, I then get a call from her after her lunch break to inform me that they’ve terminated my two accounts with the bank. So let me get this straight. Assistant lies to a client. Client asks Branch Manager for clarity, Branch Manager calls the client names and hangs up on the client, immediately terminating the clients account before the client can escalate to a Regional Manager. Top notch.
