She assisted us a year or so ago and we were so impressed with her services, we made another appt. with her for today. I have POA for my brother as he has had a stroke and needs assistance with such things as his banking. He can be short tempered because of his short term memory loss. She exudes such kindness in helping us and has the patience of a saint all the while exhibiting professionalism and knowledge of the tasks at hand. It seems that in many cases these days, customer service is a thing of the past. But Julian really takes the time to solve our banking issues. She is an asset to this bank and we just wanted to acknowledge how much we appreciate her helping us. Yours, T. Rogers

She was kind enough to go over all questions I had. Prior to doing some shopping around this was the better deal for my business. Originally spoke with Faith who kindly took care of organization for me to speak with a banker/manger. Banker whose name I didn't get (I cant hear lol), she offered me a water. Thank you all for the outstanding treatment and ease of process.
