I Have called 3 times and have received the same runaround each time. The last two times I called the branch manager was suppose to call back. NO PHONE CALL. Very poor customer service.

For those of you who have banked with them for a long time like we have lease note: Now I know we are all sad that Marva is gone and we miss her so but do not fret. The new employees are amazing and wonderfully helpful - as much as the old crew. Traci, Shannon, Sarah and Manager Keri do above and beyond to help you with your banking needs. I'm greeted with a warm and friendly hello. They are curious to get to know me and interact - what other bank does that? I've banked with many others in town and the friendliness and community created by these women is something that is not readily available anywhere else. Community is so vital these days and that is why we choose to bank with a smaller home town bank. We love that we are not just a number. We matter. That matters. Thank you ladies, Sincerely!!!!
