- BNBrook Norton2 days ago1.0I visited the Metro location today before noon 7/7/26 to make a deposit, but as usual, the ATM was out of order for deposits. I drove around to the drive-thru, where the intercom screen has been completely black for over a week. Unfortunately, the service was just as broken as the equipment. After pressing the call button five times, the teller on duty finally answered. It was before noon, yet she sounded completely exasperated to do her job literally huffing and puffing into the mic. When she did speak, she whispered so quietly I could barely hear her, and finished the transaction with a sarcastic, condescending "Have a good day, ma'am." This isn't my first bad experience with this specific teller (the woman who typically works the left counter inside). A month ago, when I asked her about opening a business account, she gave me a disgusted look and condescendingly snapped, "That's only for business owners," assuming | didn't qualify. Between the broken machines, the non-functioning drive-thru screens, and the consistently hostile, superior attitude from the staff, this branch is entirely mismanaged.
