I've been to this Branch on 3 occasions to speak to the Manager about m u account and She's always too busy in the teller area chatting saying I need to make an appointment. This is my home branch. I have a business and personal checking. I have gotten my son and his fiancé to open accounts here. Its always you have to make an appointment. I made an appointment the first-time going there a went there early and she was g I ne foe the day. This is a terrible way to do business this branch is poorly ran.
