- JJJimmie Munoz Jr.Jun 2, 20261.0Trash bank. I've had numerous bad encounters with this bank at various branches. This time I just needed to deposit some cash into my business account. Since I lost my wallet, I'm still without my debit card and ID. Well, their policy is that I cannot deposit cash without an ID... Why? "It's policy". I've said I'm considering switching banks. I'm strongly considering now. Zero care or regard for my needs. 100% regard for their policies. Considering opening an account here? Save yourself the trouble and find a better bank.
