She has been placed in assisted living and I needed to prepare her condo for sale to provide for her care. Matt Leopard was there to help me every step of the way as I had to conduct everything as POA on my mother's behalf. I couldn't have felt more welcomed upon signing papers at the Central and Thomas branch. The loan did take a few weeks to complete however there were many moving parts and Matt was instrumental in keeping things moving.
