- TKTina KluemperJan 26, 20241.0Would give zero stars if I could. Not sure if it is just this branch, but they have been very difficult to work with. The banker I worked with was not very helpful (used to be customer service was a priority for National Bank). We closed a business and I need to get some bank statements from those closed accounts. Guess when you close an account they cancel your online access and cannot give you access to your own statements. They are charging me a small fortune to get copies of my bank statements. Not to mention, they cannot even email them to me, so I will have to scan the physical paper statements that they give me. This bank needs to advance into 2024.
