  The employees are rude, uncooperative and unable to comprehend basic business/contracts knowledge. Sylvia was the most incompetent employee I’ve ever interacted having asked for Copies of my documents Sylvia was attempting to not give me all documents that I’ve signed for refusing and saying it’s a risk which makes no sense since it’s my contract with loan Max. And when I stated that I have a right to have a copy of all the documents that I’ve signed for. She then began to just lose it not wanting to listen not wanting to understand. She then tells me that that’s what her manager said. That’s what I’m doing even though it is common sense that if a person that signed a contract should be able to get a copy of that contract from that business then I asked for her supervisor, which I talked over the phone and after telling him what I was wanting, he didn’t said he would contact Sylvia after the supervisor was talking to Sylvia. She did give me the whole copy of the contract with no apology. Just rudeness And discussed attitude for having to do a simple task that was requested. I don’t feel that this place is right for anyone who’s needing cash that’s such a quick convenience. There are other places and more competent workers that understand basic contracts and business. Also noted that a lot of paperwork has been filed wrongly and if you do pay off your title loan just note that they will not send the title to your house. You will have to drive back to the title company to pick it up, which is unheard of from other places, their business practice is not legit and they’re already have you ready to screw you over right away. Consider going elsewhere Sylvia do you need to learn basic etiquette on business and how to handle customers and their request?
