- MCMichael Prince CrooksJun 20, 20261.0I went to the bank to cash a check, but instead of informing me that the check could not be cashed, the teller deposited it into my account without asking for my approval first. As a customer, I expect clear communication and to be given the choice of whether I want to proceed with a different transaction. A teller should explain the situation and ask for consent before making changes, not simply decide what they think is best. This experience was frustrating because I was not given the opportunity to make an informed decision about my own account. Cashbox 1

- FMF MAug 14, 20171.0I always come here when there are two male tellers working. They are not very personable or friendly. They don't even say have a good day or good anything. They seem irritated that they need to help customers. If there were more compass banks available I definitely wouldn't go to this one, but it's my only choice right now.
