- BBBMCSep 4, 20261.0I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Teller Destiny and Branch “Manager” Andy. Both clearly need additional training in customer service and professionalism. When I attempted to explain the situation, I was repeatedly interrupted and not given an opportunity to speak. There was no apology or acknowledgment for the mistake that had been made. When I respectfully pointed out that the interaction felt rude and that Andy’s tone was inappropriate, rather than addressing my concern professionally, he responded with additional attitude and sarcasm. A manager should be setting the standard for professionalism and respectful communication. Unfortunately, Andy’s behavior came across as arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional. Given his conduct, it was not surprising that the teller’s attitude was equally rude and snarky. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides both employees with additional training in customer service, communication, and how to appropriately handle customer concerns.

We went straight to National Bank of Arizona in Payson right away for help. Jenny S. Politely greeted us. We told her what I did and she was so kind and understanding. She gave us about 3 options we could do and explained each one.What I did was stupid and she treated me with respect and had awesome patience with me. She even helped me feel better about my stupid thing I did by treating me with respect and kindness. I just want to say thank you Jenny, you are awesome!
