We went straight to National Bank of Arizona in Payson right away for help. Jenny S. Politely greeted us. We told her what I did and she was so kind and understanding. She gave us about 3 options we could do and explained each one.What I did was stupid and she treated me with respect and had awesome patience with me. She even helped me feel better about my stupid thing I did by treating me with respect and kindness. I just want to say thank you Jenny, you are awesome!

The bank manager was open and friendly and helped us accomplish what we came for, even making some exceptions for us. A good first experience means a good relationship going forward.
