- RCRachel CarrollJun 13, 20264.0I’ve been banking with PNC (BBVA previously) for over 20 yrs and hardly had any issues. I recently moved to the area from Gilbert and start using this branch. I have not encountered any problems and customer service has been excellent and professional. I just don’t like the branch manager standing by the line, not smiling, just standing there as if he’s inspecting the people in the line. I tried to smile and he didn’t even smile back. It’s annoying and awkward.

I was ready to close all of my accounts and switch banks which is quite a hassle. Today I drove out of my way, an extra 20 minutes one way, to Greenfield and Main. If you could just clone Tyler and put him at all of your locations, PNC customers would have a much better experience. He is the only reason you didnt lose me as a customer today.
