  If you are looking for Great customer service along Professional Banking you need to visit this branch and ask for Ashley. We met with Ashley on 8-31-26 and talk about knowledgeable, intelligent and just really good people. Ashley knows her Job extremely well. She not only assisted us in opening several accounts, She also helped in getting our Living Trust set up as well. Ashley's Profiency and Job knowledge is commendable. I highly recommend Ashley and National Bank of AZ.

  Think twice if you are looking to open an account at this branch.This branch punishes you if your bank accounts balance average is not anywhere near the amount of a check you were given. Instead they will give some one day and the rest a week later. Being a customer with them since 2002 doesn't matter. I was always their biggest advocate but now I will work on closing my 24 year old account and transfer to a new bank. I called the branch I opened my account at and asked them if this is policy, he said it is up to each branches discretion and he would have given it all to me today if I had went to his branch. Sadly they are too far to do my banking. I do not want to bank somewhere where they punish you for not having a ton of money as an average account balance and had some struggles, hence a few overdrafts which they made money from with their fees. I asked if this was new, she said no. I said my account balance has been about the same or less yet they have never done this in the past. I can't wait for the money to be "granted" to me after my "grounding period" is over so I can walk in there and close my account!

  Ashley G is the absolute best and most helpful!!!! im so grateful and had the most pleasent experience! I’m a young business owner and she has helped me understand so much of this process easier!
