He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the process of switching from a large bank incredibly smooth. Getting a loan was surprisingly pain-free, which I really appreciated. You can truly tell they care about supporting small businesses and aren’t just focused on their own profit. Brennan also offered great suggestions and guidance, and I’m really looking forward to continuing to bank here.

So I physically had to go into the branch to settle the check. Besides treating me like a criminal they charged me to cash the check because I’m not an account holder! UNBELIEVABLE!!! They’re smug and completely unaccountable. Fortunately, I will NEVER be an account holder.
