Banking personnel are always friendly and professional when you are conducting business whether it's just a deposit, withdrawal or are conducting business around your account. Small bank that makes you feel as if you're their best customer.

Lousy customer service and when problem w the bank card new issue and Problem is .had a subscription that I couldn't cancel. More problem for another comment. But the 3$ a month .asked the person on the phn and at the windows or desk . Lousy customer service and now can't get my account closed. BBVA was bought and this mess was what Peace ✌️ ☮️ 🕊

- KHKevin HearronOct 13, 20211.0Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a bank so far. It was just fine when it was BBVA. Now I’m closing all my accounts and finding a new bank. I’m over it. You can’t even call as soon as they answer they just hang up on you. Then if you go in your gonna be waiting in line for upwards of an hour. And they still have no sense of urgency only having 2 tellers working when they have a line out the door. If I could I would leave them a negative rating honestly. I urge you guys to take your business elsewhere
