  I would like to send some information.I have a great representative in lake Havasu.City Arizona with Sammy, Joe.She always goes out of her way to make sure everything's done correct.She is completely wonderful.You are amazingly lucky to have this lady.

  I hate this awful bank, I let them know through the app that I would be in Italy so they wouldn't shut off my card, they shut off my card. I try to sign up for a credit card three times, they shut off my card every single time. I try to pay for an air BNB, they shut off my card. Try to do a pre authorization for an appointment, declined. This bank is so secure that even you can't spend your money. Do not bank here.

  I recently paid off a loan of over $1M with this bank and have since moved my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the start. While the branch manager was professional and did her best to help, the overall process felt disorganized and often unfair. There were multiple instances where terms or requirements changed at the last minute, which created unnecessary stress and made planning difficult. For a loan of this size, I expected more consistency and transparency. I appreciate the effort of the manager, but the broader management and decision-making process made this a poor experience overall. I would not recommend this bank based on my experience.

  Always a pleasure, Tellers are absolutely amazing. Nice greetings when you walk in and as you leave. I really appreciate the one on one experience they provide. They also remember your name people.. BEST BANK IN TOWN
