  After a third party wrongfully withdrew over $600 rendering my bank account in the negatives. The staff at National Bank of Arizona in Kingman were attentive and professional in offering remedies to the situation. 3 days later after receiving the refund of that initial withdrawal the staff graciously refunded the insufficient fund charges. National Bank of Arizona gives excellent customer service.

  We recently applied for a loan, and the branch service manager, Shalina, helped us through the process. She was very courteous and knowledgeable. She kept in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Her assistant, Alyssa was also very helpful, and we are happy to be a customer of National Bank of Arizona.

  We've been Banking at National bank of Arizona for 6 years.. Have experienced a few Hiccups. It seems to have improved exponentially.. Many new employees.. I appreciate the improved experience.. Thank You National Bank Of Arizona..

  Not sure what to give the one star for? Maybe for the nice art on the walls or the pretty cactus outside. Came in at 3:30 today to open a bank acct and told it was too late in the day. Also went in a few days prior and told the the banker was already being "bothered by another customer" we would need to come back another day or make appointment.
