- JBJackie BrownMay 29, 20261.0Do not recommend to anyone. My husband had a car financed through them. When he went in to get the pay off later they put the numbers on a sticky note. When he told them uhhh the new credit union won’t take this it has to be on a letter head from their bank he was asked to wait. A week later MFCU called him saying we messed up and gave you the wrong pay off amount and now you owe us $250 ish dollars. What ? I would assume they used a loan department to get the payoff and not just pull the numbers out of no where. Do not go here even for an auto loan! They prices are not the best in town like they always advertise.

When I have any questions or concerns I call and they are very helpful and accommodating. Denise Taylor, the Mgr., has been extremely supportive and helpful ! She is quick to respond to my emails and voice messages and always makes sure that she’s doing everything she can to make my experience smooth ! Thank you Denise for your support and kind heart !!
