- SBSteve BJun 26, 20241.0First of all got a check card with the WRONG NAME on it....last time I went in personally, they have poor customer service. What bank has zero dollar or 50 cent coins? Never heard of such a "BANK". Thinking of changing soon. Customer service calls randomly to first say this call is being recorded, don't you need my permission for this....and why. Makes me think about how shady this banking is done. NEVER had a rep from a bank say that. Maybe I should start recording them with a body cam when I go in.
