  I see a few bad reviews, but for me it's 5 stars. My business account has not had any issues, and customer service has been on point. Credit to Victor Saenz for handling any and all questions I have with a rapid response. After looking at multiple banks to move my business too Victor reassured me I would be in good hands, and since then i have 0 regrets. All transactions in or out, check or wire, all have been seamless and rapidly with no problems. I have recommended multiple associates and colleagues to use Victor Saenz for all banking needs.

  After a relationship of more than 10 years,I will be closing 3 business accounts and 2 personal accounts today. this branch decided to put a hold on deposit checks and cashier's checks for up to 9 days. At first they said 2, then 7, and it turned out to be 9. Very unstable and lack of customer service. It's disappointing. (I miss the previous staff). Tommy says these are new bank rules.And Tommy told me today that this bank doesn't care about the relationship of more than 10 years, that everyone is treated equally, definitely this staff at this bank only reads the books and doesn't take care of the customer. I called the number behind the card more than 10 people said that the hold depends on the branch manager. Be careful, small businesses, this could hurt you. Apparently, I'm not the only person on Google saying the same thing.

  Nbaz is a great bank, and I've used this branch for over a year now with no issues.
