- MLML Lu3 days ago1.0My negative reviews isn't for this particular branch but the bank in general. We have had this bank for years--probably at least 15 yrs. It was under a different name when we first opened our account. We can't wait to close our account. This bank holds our deposits for days and we don't have access to our money which as you can imagine caused a lot of problems for us. It never use to be this way. No branch can help us so we got an account with MidFirst. Much, much better.
