    At approximately 9 AM today, I attempted to withdraw $300 From my checking account with a different bank to put the money into my PNC account, there was no money dispensed from the ATM. I immediately went inside the bank. I will say the gentleman I spoke with. I think his name was. Jacob was kind but the process for this is ridiculous instead of just pulling up a camera or whatever to see that I did not get my money because the ATM was being serviced I have to dispute it with my bank, which will take approximately 3 to 5 business days. What if that was my last money what if I had no gas money no food or nothing I think that this is the epitome of horrific customer service you can pull it up. You can clearly see that it was being serviced no money was dispensed and you could’ve gave me my money instead I have to go through and jump through hoops and had to spend 45 minutes in the bank then to call my bank another 20 minutes and I have to wait 3 to 5 business days. I do not agree with that at all. That is the most ridiculous attempt to resolve this I have ever seen.

    I had an appointment scheduled to update my account information. I had arrived there on time but didn't know who my appointment was with. When I arrived, the teller asked who my appointment was with. I said I didn't know and she laughed at me and asked me to look it up. Then, she asked one of the other colleagues that was walking around her if they had an appointment. I found the email with the person's name. The person I was scheduled with was in the back doing something and "gave" the appointment to another colleague. I was told from another PNC branch that I would need the joint account holder to be with me to update my account. At this branch, she said I didn't need him, so time was wasted for him. I asked if I could keep my same debit card number but with the updated name but she said no. The other PNC branch said it was doable. I also had it done at other banks. I didn't receive anything for a couple weeks. I contacted the customer service PNC and found out the request was never put in to mail my updated debit cards. I had to wait an additional 10 days to get my debit cards. The whole experience was very unprofessional. If I didn't have a joint account, I wouldn't be doing business with PNC.

    The teller had a condescending attitude and not friendly or helpful. PNC bank no longer allows you to deposit cash into someone else's account unless you have an account there. I thought that "legal tender for all debts public and private" actually meant something. Cash is king... unless you aren't our customer.

    I just had a drive through experience at this branch that was completely contrary to my visits to other PNC branches. I don’t know if they are understaffed, mismanaged or early in training but efficient they weren’t! I arrived to make a simple deposit and could see in the window the teller busy with a customer inside. A few minutes later another employee came to the microphone and said the teller was with a client and I would be next. After about 10 minutes of waiting (I checked the time) the second employee appeared again and asked for my patience. I think waiting 10 minutes is being patient so I asked if she was capable of handling the transaction She said she was also with a client, and I would have to wait, and she disappeared. As we were talking, I saw the teller’s client leave. Yay! It would be my turn. But no, she helped the next person in line I pointed that out to A****a and she told me to wait. Acting like a frustrated Karen, I asked to speak with the manager. The manager never arrived A****a said okay and disappeared again. After nearly 20 minutes waiting in 113 degrees, she returned and completed the transaction. She asked if I still wanted to speak to the manager. I was frustrated beyond my ability to be judicious and I declined. I have had multiple business accounts and my personal banking at PNC for over a decade. Never have I experienced such a situation. I see a 2.6 rating and I understand why.
