  WORST customer service from Analise , and she had the nerve to tell me I couldn’t wait to make a withdrawal from an account I’ve had , because I was too early . I got to the bank about 13-16 minutes before 9am , and she was just rude . And when I called to make a complaint , she overheard and tried apologizing . It’s too late to be nice . Have the day you deserve . The nicer ones were Jacob , and Shawna . Thank you for your hospitality .

  At approximately 9 AM today, I attempted to withdraw $300 From my checking account with a different bank to put the money into my PNC account, there was no money dispensed from the ATM. I immediately went inside the bank. I will say the gentleman I spoke with. I think his name was. Jacob was kind but the process for this is ridiculous instead of just pulling up a camera or whatever to see that I did not get my money because the ATM was being serviced I have to dispute it with my bank, which will take approximately 3 to 5 business days. What if that was my last money what if I had no gas money no food or nothing I think that this is the epitome of horrific customer service you can pull it up. You can clearly see that it was being serviced no money was dispensed and you could’ve gave me my money instead I have to go through and jump through hoops and had to spend 45 minutes in the bank then to call my bank another 20 minutes and I have to wait 3 to 5 business days. I do not agree with that at all. That is the most ridiculous attempt to resolve this I have ever seen.

  Oh my after looking at the reviews I completely understand why this place sucks so bad. Go figure branch retail executive Krysten Wilman and Whitney can’t get it together. I came to this branch location, sat at the drive through until someone decided to start working and then after not telling anyone to deposit my check into what bank account again? Lol some red haired disrespectful employee told me that she couldn’t deposit my check for 5-7 days. Lol go figure. I guess she doesn’t want to work for 5days. So she said she was going to put a hold on my account and then when I logged into my account the funds were available so I transferred them to my savings so the funds were available they just didn’t want to make them valid for today. So instead they decided to put a charge on my bank account for repeated overdrafts for $1150 which is what the amount of my check was for. Lol this branch location is a joke and has been for while. I though bbva compass corporate invested customer service into this location to improve it but nothing has changed short of some signs being removed.
