- DWDave Wallace4 days ago1.0Terrible customer service and making customers jump thru hoops to make a cash withdraw with a snarky attitude. Unfortunately it starts at the top and ends with forward facing bank employees. I understand the security aspect and USA Patriot Act , CTR , Regulation E and Gramm Leach B Act. Poor management and leadership at this location in a very competitive banking environment in Flagstaff. JP Morgan one block away understands excellent customer service and appreciates its customers.

Have had several fraudulent charges over the last 6 years to understand that this bank is really not here for the customer. HAVE REACHED OUT OVER 20 TIMES TO THE BANK FOR THE TELE BANKERS TO SAY WE CAN NOT HELP THEN MADE A 100 MILE DR8VE JUST TO FIND OUT THE BANKERS THERE CAN NOT FIX THE ISSUE THEIR BANK CREATED. THIS IS NOT A TRUSTED BANK AND THE MAMAGER IS THE WORST FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT TYPE OF PERSON. THIS IS WHAT BANKING IN AMERICA IS.

We went in on a Monday to deposit checks from our wedding and the teller asked, what the congratulations on the checks were for. We told her we had just got married, and by Friday there was a congratulations card signed by the bank staff in our mailbox. Way to go above and beyond! THANK YOU!
